How can I cancel my businesses subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, please email Jason at info@supersaverapp.co.uk If you want to cancel within the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, you will be entitled to a full refund. After the 14 days, no refunds can be provided.

I want to amend my business details on the App

You have 2 options. Email us at artwork@supersaverapp.co.uk and we can amend any details for you, or simply log into your portal and amend the details yourself.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only provided within the first 14 days of your subscription during the ‘cooling off’ period. After this, no refunds can be provided. Please email Jason at info@supersaverapp.co.uk if you have any concerns.

How long does my subscription last?

All first time businesses join us for 12 months, followed by a rolling 30 day contract the year after. This is so we can build your brand, find your target audience and grow your business in the digital world.

How can I reward loyal consumers?

It is easy with our smart loyalty programme. Send out exclusive offers to your loyal customers and give them a reward for supporting your local business. We can send push notifications to your customers when they only have 1 or 2 stars left. Just let us know when you want to get busier and we can help drive traffic into your business.

How can I dispute an invoice?

If you would like to query or dispute an invoice, please email Jason at info@supersaverapp.co.uk by quoting your invoice number along with a brief overview of your query.

How do I sign up for the monthly newsletters?

When you join us, you will automatically be signed up to our monthly newsletter. All businesses will also have access to their monthly reporting, so you will always be in the loop!

How do I update my business offers?

There are 2 ways to update your business offers, either by logging in to your personal portal, or by emailing us at artwork@supersaverapp.co.uk.

How can I check how well my business offers are doing?

You can log in to your portal and check how well your offers are doing using the reports - such business visits and voucher redemptions.
